Palisades Park is a popular little crag with top-rope climbing, with over 90 routes, and with a rating range from 5.4 to 5.12. There are approximately a quarter mile of bluff side and 60 to 70 foot cliffs at a 1300 feet elevation. There are some bouldering available, it is said that with some exploring that more boulders could be unearthed.

 

 

 

Climbing and rappelling prohibited without a permit. Permits are required by all climbers and may be purchased at the park office.  To print and fill-out a permit see below.  Adobe is needed to open each file, download the latest version at www.adobe.com

15 Day Permit - $2.00 - Permit

Annual Permit - $35.00 - Permit

To apply for permit, must be the age of 19 or over.  Anyone under 19 must have a parent or guardian present to apply for permit.

No camping or overnight facilities available.

No bolting, chipping or gluing allowed.

Pad all trees when top-roping or rappelling.

Permits will NOT be issued after:

6:00pm April thru September

3:00pm October thru March
